Set the closed dates from your dashboard. Relyva tells enquirers when you are back, offers to lock a slot for the day you reopen, and saves the contact so a teammate can follow up on WhatsApp the morning you return.

Do my existing WhatsApp Business messages keep working?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Relyva plugs into your existing WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business API — your customers keep messaging the same number they always have, and your team sees every conversation in one inbox.

What if a customer asks something Relyva cannot answer?

Accepted Answer

Relyva recognises when a question needs a human — a colour correction, a medical concern, anything outside booking — and hands the conversation off to your team with the full chat history attached. You reply from the same WhatsApp number.

Which languages does Relyva support today?

Relyva answers fluently in English, हिन्दी (Hindi), and தமிழ் (Tamil). It auto-detects the language each customer writes in and replies in the same language, so the conversation feels natural to the customer.

Is Relyva only for salons, or do you support clinics and gyms too?

How is Relyva priced, and is there a free trial?

The salon tier starts at ₹3,499 per month. That includes WhatsApp intake, after-hours booking, UPI collection, and the Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 follow-up nudges. There is no free trial yet, but the first month includes a hands-on setup from our team and you can cancel anytime.

Where is my customer data stored, and do you sell it?

Customer data is stored in an isolated Postgres database managed by Polsia on Relyva's behalf. Card and UPI payment credentials are handled end-to-end by a certified payment partner and never touch our servers. Under India's DPDP Act, 2023, Relyva is the Data Fiduciary — and we never sell, rent, or trade customer data.

Question 9

Can a customer opt out of follow-up WhatsApp messages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At any time a customer can reply STOP to any Relyva message and we drop them from follow-up nudges, reminders, and re-engagement on that number. The opt-out is recorded against the contact, your team sees a flag on the day's brief, and the same customer can resubscribe later by sending START to the same number.

Question 10

How long do you keep my customer's booking and chat data?

Accepted Answer

Booking and chat transcripts are kept for 90 days from the customer's last interaction; older transcripts are deleted from the live database while billing metadata is retained for the period required by Indian tax law. A customer can ask for their data to be deleted sooner — write to relyva@polsia.app and we will action it within 7 working days under India's DPDP Act, 2023.
